These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aiwealthlab.one and enrolment in programmes offered by AI Wealth Lab Inc. (BN 825678901RC0001), a corporation incorporated in Quebec, Canada, with its principal training studio at 2000 Peel Street, Suite 875, Montreal, QC H3A 2W5.

1. Services Description

AI Wealth Lab Inc. provides calibration-based vocational AI income skills training through structured assay modules, studio cohorts, hybrid checkpoints, self-paced modules and corporate workshops. We teach practical application of AI tools including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude to professional earning skills, billable client work, service packaging and productivity calibration. We are not a wealth management firm, investment advisor, financial planner, securities dealer, marketing agency, software development bootcamp, AI consulting firm, life coaching service or passive-income platform.

2. Income and Training Disclaimer

Our programmes deliver vocational AI work skills that may support income growth through client work, productivity and professional service delivery. Completion certificates confirm training participation only — they are not professional licences, government credentials or guaranteed income qualifications. We make no promises, representations or warranties regarding specific profit, salary increases, revenue growth, client acquisition, business results or career advancement outcomes. Individual results depend on your market, effort, professional judgment and circumstances beyond our control.

AI-generated content produced during programmes or with tools we discuss may contain factual errors, biases or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for verifying AI output before use in client deliverables, professional communications or business decisions. This is skills education, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Wealth Lab refers to our calibration curriculum methodology and Personal AI Wealth Calibration Plan capstone — not portfolio management, asset allocation or financial products.

3. Eligibility

Our training services are intended for adults with basic computer literacy. You must provide accurate information at enrolment. You represent that you are at least eighteen years of age and have authority to enter into these Terms. Capstone enrolment may require completion of prerequisite assay modules or facilitator assessment confirming readiness.

4. Programme Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (C$) unless otherwise stated. Confirmed enrolments honour the price stated at registration for that specific cohort or delivery format. Payment terms, instalment options and corporate invoicing arrangements are specified in enrolment confirmations or corporate agreements. Late payment may result in suspension of access to materials or removal from active cohorts without refund of amounts already due.

5. Refund Policy

Live studio and hybrid cohorts: full refund if cancellation is received seven or more business days before the programme start date; fifty percent refund if cancellation is received three to six business days before start; no refund if cancellation is received within three business days of start or after the programme has commenced. Self-paced modules: full refund within fourteen days of purchase if less than twenty percent of content has been accessed. Corporate training: refund and cancellation terms per the signed corporate agreement. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with your full name, programme name and cohort date.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, specimen templates, calibration frameworks, branding, website content and facilitator resources are owned by AI Wealth Lab Inc. or licensed to us. Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use materials for your own educational purposes during and after the programme. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, record for redistribution or create derivative commercial products from course materials without our written permission.

7. Participant Conduct

Professional behaviour is required in all studio, hybrid and corporate sessions. Harassment, discrimination, credential sharing, unauthorised recording of other participants, submission of plagiarised specimen work or misuse of AI tools to generate harmful content may result in immediate removal from programmes without refund. You agree to comply with facilitator instructions regarding specimen checkpoints, peer review protocols and AI tool usage standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Wealth Lab Inc.'s total liability arising from these Terms or your participation in any programme is limited to the fees you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages including lost income, lost profits, lost business opportunities or reputational harm. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Quebec or federal Canadian law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights in your province of residence that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this section deprives you of protections under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) or equivalent legislation in other Canadian provinces where applicable.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy under PIPEDA and applicable Quebec privacy legislation. By using our website or enrolling in programmes, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

11. Programme Modifications

We may update programme content, facilitators, schedules or delivery methods to maintain quality and reflect developments in AI tools and professional practice. Material changes affecting enrolled cohorts will be communicated in advance with options to transfer to another cohort or receive a refund where appropriate under our refund policy.

12. Cancellation by AI Wealth Lab

We reserve the right to cancel under-enrolled cohorts with at least seven business days notice and full refund of fees paid. Facilitator illness, studio emergencies or events beyond our reasonable control may trigger rescheduling with participant choice of new dates or refund per our refund policy.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, utility failures, labour disputes, government orders or failures of third-party AI tool providers. Affected cohorts will be rescheduled or refunded per our refund policy.

14. Recording Policy

Live chamber sessions may be recorded for enrolled participants' review with notice provided at session start. Recordings are not redistributed publicly. Participants may not record sessions, including other participants, without written consent from AI Wealth Lab Inc. and all attendees.

15. Equipment and AI Tool Accounts

Learners provide their own laptop, internet connection and AI tool accounts (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) unless explicitly included in corporate agreements. We guide setup and workflow design but do not provide paid AI subscriptions as part of standard programme fees. Account suspensions or policy changes by AI providers are your responsibility.

16. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] before initiating formal proceedings. Quebec and Canadian residents may access applicable consumer protection remedies under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) and equivalent provincial legislation.

17. Third-Party AI Tool Terms

Use of ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and other AI tools during programmes is subject to each provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies. AI Wealth Lab Inc. is not responsible for provider outages, pricing changes, policy updates or account actions affecting your access to third-party tools.

18. Testimonials and Case Studies

We publish testimonials only with written permission from participants. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not represent guaranteed outcomes for other learners. We do not offer payment, discounts or other incentives for positive reviews.

19. Corporate Training Terms

Corporate workshops are educational delivery only. We do not provide AI strategy consulting, implementation services, ongoing advisory or guaranteed productivity outcomes for corporate clients. Corporate agreements may include additional terms regarding participant data, invoicing, cancellation and intellectual property that supplement these Terms where signed by both parties.

20. Certificate Authenticity

Completion certificates include unique reference numbers. Employers and third parties may verify authenticity by contacting [email protected]. Certificates confirm training participation only and are not professional licences, regulatory credentials or income guarantees.

21. Assignment

AI Wealth Lab Inc. may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to enrolled participants. You may not assign your enrolment or rights under these Terms without our written consent.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' intent.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with enrolment confirmations, programme descriptions on aiwealthlab.one and applicable corporate agreements constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Wealth Lab Inc. regarding training services, superseding prior oral or written understandings on the same subject matter.

24. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute waiver of that provision or any other right. Waiver of any provision must be in writing signed by an authorised representative of AI Wealth Lab Inc.

25. Survival

Provisions relating to intellectual property, income disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution and indemnification survive termination of enrolment or cessation of website use.

26. Accessibility

We endeavour to make training materials and our Peel Street studio reasonably accessible. Contact [email protected] before enrolment to discuss accommodation needs so we can assess reasonable adjustments within our studio and hybrid delivery capabilities.

27. Tax Treatment

Programme fees may be deductible as professional development expenses depending on your tax situation and employment status. We do not provide tax advice — consult a qualified accountant or tax professional regarding deductibility in Quebec or your province of residence.

28. Language

These Terms are provided in English. In case of discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version governs. Quebec consumers may have rights regarding French language contracts under applicable Quebec law for certain transactions.

29. Relationship of Parties

Enrolment does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise or agency relationship between you and AI Wealth Lab Inc. Participants are independent learners receiving educational services. Nothing in these Terms creates a referral income programme, revenue share arrangement or multi-level marketing opportunity.

30. Feedback Licence

Feedback you provide about programmes, facilitators or website experience may be used internally to improve content and delivery without compensation. We will not attribute feedback publicly or in marketing without your permission.

31. Notices

Formal notices to AI Wealth Lab Inc. must be sent to [email protected] and 2000 Peel Street, Suite 875, Montreal, QC H3A 2W5, Canada. We send programme-related notices to the email address on your enrolment record.

32. Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.

33. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice on this page and a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued use of our website or participation in programmes after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of updated Terms for ongoing services.

34. Acknowledgement

By using aiwealthlab.one or enrolling in our calibration programmes, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand the vocational nature of our AI income skills training, accept that AI Wealth Lab Inc. does not guarantee financial outcomes from course completion, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
